    לעתים כי במקום שישראל תנהל אותו, הסכסוך מנהל אותה האקסיומה של בנט, שהסכסוך הישראלי פלסטיני אינו פתיר, אי לכך, מה שנדרש הוא רק לנהל אותו, הפכה להלכה המקובלת על שמונת מרכיביה של הקואליציה, ממפלגת ימינה, דרך מרצ ועד רע”ם. אלא שניהול הסכסוך הזה הוא תהליך מורכב ורב רבדים. הוא איננו מתנהל מול צד אחד
